IST representative Ayşen Yunusli successfully completed the IMO scholarship program
Ayşen Yunusli, Head of Maritime Training Department of IST, was the first to successfully complete the Women's Leadership and Empowerment (WLE) program by winning the scholarship presented by the International Maritime Organization (IMO). was an Azerbaijani woman.
The mentioned program is implemented jointly by International Maritime Organization (IMO), World Maritime University (WMU) and Women International Maritime and Trade Association (WISTA International). The main goal of the program is to strengthen the potential of women leaders in the maritime field, to encourage their more active participation in decision-making and management processes.
This achievement is not only an individual success, but also an indication of the strengthening of female leadership in the maritime field of Azerbaijan and the growing influence of our country in the international arena.
