Ibrahim Zeynalli was appointed as the General Director of the Limited Liability Company “Industrial Support and Training Services Continuing Education Center” on October 21, 2024.

Ibrahim Zeynalli holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and a Master’s degree in International Business (MBA) from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics. He has also earned a second Master’s degree in Business Administration from Washington University of Science and Technology (WUST), United States.

He began his professional career in 2012 as a Sales Project Coordinator at the Dutch company “OceanNet BV.” From 2017 to 2019, he served as a Project Specialist at “The FIX by PeaceGroup” in Texas, USA. Between 2019 and 2024, Mr. Zeynalli held various positions at “AzerGold” CJSC, most recently serving as Project Manager.
