Job Description:

The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering a professional training program on Varco equipment inspection. The training must include both theoretical knowledge and practical inspection exercises.

Training Topics:

The training should cover the following areas:

• General information about Varco equipment

• Occupational health and safety rules

• Main types of Varco equipment

• Types and stages of inspections

• Visual and functional inspection methods

• Identification of typical faults and defects

• Compliance with international and local standards and procedures

• Proper completion of inspection documentation

• Organization and delivery of practical inspection exercises

Candidate Requirements:

• Practical experience with Varco or similar oil and gas equipment

• Knowledge of equipment inspection, technical examination, and industrial safety

• Understanding of international standards such as API, ISO, IADC, and similar

• Experience in training or transferring technical knowledge is an advantage

• Strong analytical thinking and a practical approach

• Fluent explanation skills in Azerbaijani (Russian and English are an advantage)

• Experience as a trainer in the field (preferred)

Working Conditions:

• Freelance, project-based cooperation

• Work under a service contract

• Training schedule is determined by mutual agreement

• A demo lesson will be conducted, and payment per training day will be agreed upon based on its results
