Course Objective:

The primary objective of this course is to enable participants to master both the theoretical and practical aspects of the current legislative framework of the Republic of Azerbaijan regarding occupational health, safety, and technical safety.

The curriculum covers the most critical elements of modern safety management systems:

• Management Systems: The importance and benefits of implementing an HSE Management System within an enterprise.

• Awareness & Training: Organizing and managing the HSE training and education process for workforce personnel.

• Risk Management: Defining risk and conducting the risk assessment process.

• Control Measures: Implementing control methods to mitigate risks to acceptable levels (Hierarchy of Controls).

• Technical Safety: Interpretation and practical application of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Technical Safety".

Assessment:

At the end of the course, participants' theoretical and practical knowledge is evaluated through an examination. To qualify for an official certificate valid for 3 years, participants must achieve a minimum score of 75%.
